A non-refundable registration fee is due when you register your child
This fee will be used by teachers to buy supplies and cover the cost of forms and processing admission.

2 yr & 3 yr classes – $330.00/mo
Pre-K – $350.00/mo
Kindergarten – $410 per/ mo
$100 Supply fee – all classes
$50 per child curriculum fee – Pre-K only
$75 curriculum fee – Kindergarten only
$30 Cap & Gown fee – Pre-K and Kindergarten only
All fees are non-refundable.
Tuition is due on the first Tuesday of every month. A late fee of $25.00 will be added to your account if not paid by the following Tuesday. All tuition and late fees must be paid by the 15th of the month to ensure your child's continued enrollment at Alsbury Children's Academy. Fees will not be adjusted for late arrival, early pick-ups, missed days or holidays.
ACA shall provide child care services and the Parent shall pay for such services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (except school holidays) from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
2yr & 3yr: Tuesday-Thursday (except school holidays) 9:00am-2:00pm.
Pre-K: Tuesdayn-Friday (except school holidays) from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Kindergarten: Tuesday- Friday (except school holidays) from 9:00am to 2:00pm
The monthly tuition rate is based on the contracted hours listed above. Our tuition is based on the operation cost of the program year and is divided into 9 payments September through May.
School begins the Tuesday following Labor Day (September 8, 2026) and Ends in May (May , 2027).
All tuition is paid electronically through Brightwheel (Safe & Secure) with direct bank draft or credit card.
